Quality Management Systems

The quality management systems we have in place are in coordination with ISO 9001/UKAS.

-You, the customer email us at James@superfinishingsuk.co.uk we help you with your enqiury.

-You decide you would like one of our services and email us with a purchase order.

-Your order will be confirmed in email and you send your items to our workshop address with a cover note including your full name, return address, email address, phone number and the service you've ordered.

-Your property arrives at our workshop.

-Your property is given a route card with the different processes you've ordered on it. This job card will stay with your property in a sealed container which is numbered to your route card.

-Your items will then undergo the process(es) you've ordered.

-A full inspection and accountancy will be done after every process and passed or re-processed if necessary; then re-inspection will take place until full satisfaction of the certifier is met and your route card is stamped with a pass.

-After the ordered processes have been passed, you will recieve an email invoice.

-Once payment has been received your part(s) will be packaged with your invoice and posted back to you.

-Please contact us with any feedback you have - good or bad.

-Every media type used in all of the services we offer can be traced back to its source of manufacturer and is continuously monitored for quality and wear.
